Any/every public webpage is categorized for Government, State/city portals, Banking websites (to prevent phishing) and categorizes news outlets and the factuality of outlets (heuristics based) and top ~1 million websites are called out. Rest of the webpages are showed with generic unpopular message.
With news/email frenzy around the corner, it is important we (and non-tech savvy) do not fall prey.
