Ask HN: Any online groups for people working in tech?

I've found that having people to talk to about tech work has immensely helped me deal with things like frustrations, burning out, career advancement, etc.

Are there any online communities that randoms like me are able to join? I am thinking of things like Discord servers and the like. I like HN, and Reddit subreddits like /r/sysadmin but these discussions feel too structured (e.g. have to remain on-topic). Something more relaxed, casual, and instantaneous would be more ideal for what I'm looking for.
