Ask HN: Journaling App/Service for Indies?

For my projects I would love to have a searchable, daily overview of the things I have done that day. An overview that includes git commits, but also manual notes like 'Switched the Adwords campaign off', 'Designed a new logo for website X' or 'Had an online meeting with X'.

Is there a journaling app/service that allows me to integrate with Github, my Notes and my Agenda to create an overview like this?
