[YC W11] Stealth payments startup looking for lead UI/UX Designer

How would you design trust?

We're looking for a lead UI/UX designer who will own the design philosophy at a well-funded pre-Series A payments platform startup. Our design requirements are to enhance trust and credibility for a service that will be used by millions of users, thousands of developers, and facilitate millions of dollars of transactions.

We're looking for a reliable individual who has self-direction and the following skills:

  - Experience designing web/mobile products
  - Proficient in CSS and HTML
  - Proficient with computer graphics applications (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator). 
      You need to be able to create the 
      assets you'll be working with for new features.

Bonus:

  - BA/BS in Graphic Design/Visual Design

A little bit about us:

  - Currently located in San Francisco but moving to Palo Alto in a couple months 
  - The company has 5 employees (including 3 technical founders)
  - All founders have previously worked at startups with successful exits
  - One of us maintains two popular open source projects
  - Highly technical team (even the CEO writes code)
