• 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗱𝗮𝗾: 𝗠𝗥𝗩𝗟) confirmed yesterday its intent to acquire semiconductor manufacturer 𝗜𝗻𝗽𝗵𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗱𝗮𝗾: 𝗜𝗣𝗛𝗜) for $10 billion.

As a combined entity, the two companies will have an enterprise value of nearly $40 billion.
