Feedback wanted: Two-factor-authentication for teams using online phone numbers

I wanted to get feedback on a service idea that we're already using internally:

We have a number of shared accounts in our team that don't offer individual accounts for users and the passwords for these are shared with a password manager for teams.

Enabling two factor authentication for these shared accounts has been problematic for us - especially for phone number based 2FA - because that usually involved using my phone number and forwarding the OTP manually on Slack.

I just wanted to check whether there is anyone else out there who uses shared accounts and has ran into similar problems, or whether we are alone with this problem =)
