I searched for this on Google and found nothing comprehensive. So I decided to write about it. I've found 45 different sales objections and customer rejections.
Yep , In order to get some free chapters , I need to enter my email , and login to a site.

That guy sure knows how to sell.

Thank you for the feedback. I just changed that to Google Drive and you can download free chapters without registering.
The web site does at least include chapter titles:
