A lot of people say things similar to "we need to have a permanent presence on the moon", but they tend to not present a solid plan on how to get there. Really interesting to hear one and its sort of cool to imagine that within four years there could be a massive drop of supplies to the moon to start building that permanent presence.
Well, actually the article didn't present a plan to get there. Blue Origin has never so much as put anything into orbit around the Earth, so it's pretty silly to hear them talking about reaching the Moon in just a few years.
I get the strong impression that Blue Origin is an immensely screwed up place. Very high turnover with most management/production people from Big Aerospace. It's the antithesis of SpaceX or Rocket Lab. I'd be shocked if they orbited _anything_ in the next few years, especially a large new booster that hasn't been seen outside of press releases.
