Ask HN: How do you submit invoices for lunch reimbursement?

I work in India. My employer offers free lunch as a perk. But we don't have in house kitchen. I can submit food invoice for a working day and it would be reimbursed in next month's compensation. But this process is cumbersome and manual, both for submission as well as approval by finance team.
