oneAPI is more than "CUDA/ROCm for Intel", but a common interface for a diverse set of GPUs, TPUs, and other accelerators. At least that's Intel's marketing.
Julia's cross-vendor compute abstractions are nascent, but already impressive (e.g. KernelAbstractions.jl). Julia + oneAPI may be a winning combo.
