Misleading headline and incorrect article.

There was no theory that all apps would be available. Craig Fedherhigi was clear in his interview with Gruber that they expect developers to adopt a variety of different strategies.

Once an app is in the store for the Mac, users will expect it to remain there or be supported.

For anyone who hasn’t decided on a strategy, not putting their app in the store yet is the right move.

Clearly Google wants to avoid the native, offline experience that would be so convenient. I hope a hack is found to force ios apps to run. Image offline youtube, better social media apps experience.
Google has never focused on the end user’s needs.

Prime example - the non-standard print dialog in chrome that offers zero benefit, and just causes regular users to need technical support. They saved a tiny amount of their developer time at the cost of millions of hours of customer time.
