An inspiring story about an engineer with cerebral palsy at UCSC who's just won a Google fellowship to develop gesture based control systems.
Please don't say "wheelchair-bound." You'll notice the story you linked doesn't. Heck, it doesn't even use the word "wheelchair."

Wheelchairs are tools that give their users more mobility, not something that binds them.
