“Bomb Carbon” Has Been Found in Deep-Ocean Creatures (scientificamerican.com)

The article mentions that microplastics are found at the bottom of the Mariana trench, but fails to mention that even plastic bags and candy wrappers have been found [1]. No need to look at Carbon-14 to find far reaching impacts of humans.
