Title incorrect: test is with the dev kits A12Z not the M1, so 2 generations behind current.
Also the 3600X has an 80W TDP
FWIW the M1's Cinebench R23 scores just leaked [1], here's the comparison to 2.3ghz 16" MacBook Pro with highest graphics (5600M):
