UI only lets me edit the title, not the URL
So China has first confirmed case in Wuhan on November 17, but there were cases in Italy two months earlier? How would anybody explain this?
It could mean that the pandemic simply started earlier, and/or that it didn't start in Wuhan at all.

It could also mean that there was some mistake in the handling of the blood samples or tests from the cancer Institute, and that with further scrutiny we'll find out they were simply wrong, and the known time-line stands.
