How do you take payments while protecting yourself personally from exposure to some of the craziness out there?

I'll use a hypothetical:

Let's say you want to sell both "Go Biden!" and "Go Trump!" t-shirts while protecting your identity to a reasonable degree.

What are the options?

How difficult is it to convert Bitcoin to conventional currency? That has always been one of my hang-ups regarding crypto.

Also, I take it people can't pay you with a credit card if you use BtcPayServer. Right?

It is very easy to sell crypto for dollars, I know people that do it all the time.

But yeah, just use Stripe for the regular stuff and BtcPayServer for the good stuff. :)
