Installing certbot with apt on Debian 10.5 is a breeze.
I was struck back to read that the official certbot documentation actually recommends installing snapd and _not_ use the apt packages. In fact it will ask you to "Remove any Certbot OS packages".
Why on earth would they do such a thing?
Does that mean the apt packages won't do the job?
Serious question, please don't start a flamewar. We have the Ubuntu Chromium/snapd thread(s) for that.
better update channel in terms of certbot itself? I would think this way it's better as debian releases roll on and ppl are still on older version they can still get that same snap channel?
