Ask HN: What does your home office consist of?

I'm thinking of upgrading my spartan home office to better support my productivity. My home is the one place where I can somewhat dictate my environment.

On that note, what does your home office consist of including specific items? Why did you set it up in the way that you did? I am looking to hear from people who think that they have achieved an effective setup.
