No it shouldn't. It's fundamentally authoritarian to subject people to violence for expressing ideas and opinions even if that opinion is that "democracy" as defined by the state should be removed.

That guy is not even a medical doctor, I doubt he will have been arrested for "providing medical assistance" and the connection to the new law, which is not even fully in effect yet (and was not in effect at all during the raid), is construed extensively, or to say, pure fiction. What is this even meant to imply? That you can simply arrest people for being "anti lockdown"?

It seems the police stormed multiple apartments in that house after being tipped off about illegal drug dealing. This is totally not related at all to COVID or the lockdown and it seems not even specifically targetted at him.

Police confirmed he was not the target of the operation but was searching for a different person, but so far denied giving exact information, probably due to running investigations, only hinting it might have to do with drugs.
