Never seen before, very cool! Yeah similar but we do think calling & real time has made an insane difference vs async

Yeah real-time calls definitely make a difference. But I guess, people who are more call shy can do with emails.

Do the coaches also use balto to stay focused? Is it coaches all the way down?

Who are the coaches? What are their backgrounds/experience? Do we get to choose our own coach?

Good question! Right now you can't choose your own coach and all coaches have experience in helping others be their best self/accountable (primarily have worked with employees in high tech industry)
