Contract to Hire?
What questions should we ask when consider contract to hire (temp to perm) positions?
Seems like the standard questions about what success looks like, as well as:
1. How long is the contract, will you convert early, is there a possibility of the contract being extended instead of a full time offer.
2. What % of contracts do you convert?
Anything else I should be mindful of? This is for a product/data role
