how about you get servers with supersonic speed and you get them to serve cashed pages. then you can inject some commercials over the build in commercials.

and make money on that. Or could you sell a subscription?

Could Cloud computers do this?

The speed at which you would be sued would knock your socks off so hard that they would travel around the world and hit you in the back of the head just as you're putting on new socks to replace the socks that got knocked off.

you mean a service for 404 pages? like when reddit is down, they would redirect to a page in your server?
