Looking for a service (self-hosted or fully-managed on custom domain) that can help sell SaaS product including the functionality for user registration, issuing developer keys, monitoring usage, handling payments, generating invoices, and handling card expirations?

What is you niche behind the SaaS? Are you looking to charge by API request or per seat?

A friend of mine intends to launch an API and probably charge per request. They don't have bandwidth to build everything on their own and thus looking for an OOTB solution.
