GLab v1.12.0 Released

We've added newer updates to `glab` with cool new features. GLab v1.12.0 comes with:

1. Template support when creating issues and merge requests

2. Labels autocomplete for `issue create` and `mr create` commands

3. API command to make authenticated REST and graphQL requests to GitLab API

4. Delete a repo safely with `repo delete` command ... including other features, bug fixes and scriptability improvements
