How quickly will people be making them up and/or selling them? I see service animal tags everywhere. If you dog yaps at every passing animal, it is not a properly trained service animal and shouldn't be in the stores.

Colleges require MMR and Hepatitis vaccines already. K12 schools require childhood vaccines. Military requires a TON of vaccines. Companies require them for a lot of workers and some offer discounts on medical insurance for getting vaccinations.
Vaccination cards are already used to track vaccines. I never remember to bring mine to flu shot appointments, but it has the rest of my vaccines noted, with dates and other info. We’ve also already set precedent for requiring vaccines for certain public activities, like going to school.

EDIT: I would also like to suggest that this is a stepping stone to an app or other electronic tracker. Not because evil, but because convenient.

I-9 employment authorization requires a social security card.
(This article does not mention anything about these vaccination cards being required for any kind of access.)
