On a serious note that is a 30x multiple on revenue! Not earnings, revenue. Which is just mind boggling for an acquisition. Of course, Salesforce is similarly valued in the marketplace. The writer of course doubles down and proclaims: "And why the era of worker-centered work tools may be over".

Ahem. We are all going to go back to email and chat apps. Marc Benioff and the rest of the Salesforce team just missed that minor detail.
