ADMIN FOR MY SITE-help

How to I go about finding one, what do I looked for.? I need one part time to help with the Beta testing and than to take over regular running of the site.But, I don't have a clue, Do I find someone locally, remotely?Where , How, Help I am in Fort Lauderdale in case anyone needs this info.Thanks, in advance for any help you can provide

I'll do it, but to answer your question:

Is there a popular message board, or Facebook group for your city/state? You could try pick up someone from that. A person who participates in a community might make a good community manager but it all depends on how technical the role is.
