The nominee in question has definitely not declared martial law. Even leaving aside questions of authority I don't think the DoD takes commands over Twitter.

Remember when a President placing loyalists in key positions who wanted him to declare martial law, invalidate an election and install himself as God-Emperor, and who were part of a cult that believed he was sent by God to defeat a conspiracy of blood-drinking, satanic pedophiles in the opposing political party, would have been significantly more newsworthy than it is?

Now it's like just another Tuesday or whatever.
