It is always interesting how raw data can be interpreted to fit a narrative.
When I see the data showing lower commute times, I think that is because they can either afford to live closer or can afford to work closer.
When I see that the majority have post secondary education, I think they probably had a support system and family wealth that enabled them to go to school.
I will say I like the animated transitions between the different charts and graphs and it was a good read regardless of my different point of view.
I think those points are all valid. Additionally I think the fact that this was a survey conducted on reddit results in certain amount of sample bias - the fact that 30% of the population comes from the software industry might not hold true if a survey was conducted more broadly instead.
Using terms liberally without defining them, adding numerous items to the browser's history which affects the Back button without it being obvious to the user (due to the way the widgets work), drawing conclusions from data rather than just pointing out correlations, among other issues.
