Ask HN: How to hire a social media manager for a game

Basically I know I'll need to maintain things like a discord and a subreddit to promote my game. But considering I still have a day job , I won't have time for this. My dream person would manage all social media for the game, but do it part time, like 10 hours a week or so.

At a very least I'd like to pay someone to set all this stuff up
