How to find your SECOND Engineering Job?

I graduated in 2019 and started a software engineering job right after graduation. While I've gained a lot of practical backend and devops skills in my current role, there's little room for advancement at my current company. While there are a ton of resources to help you find your first software engineering job as an undergrad, what should I be doing differently to find my second? Most of my connections in the industry are ex-coworkers, who can't refer me to their current companies until our non-compete clauses are up. What else should I be doing? Or is it back to grinding leetcode and firing my resume off blindly?
