Dribbble and Behance are cool, but approach with caution. They've developed a weird culture of designing UIs that make no sense in the real world but look pretty. Pure UI with zero thought about UX or accessibility.
Every UX designer I know (including myself) both makes fun of 'dribbble' design, but also uses it for inspiration.
