GitHub Systemic Flaw

Anything you produce, and post, elaborate on @ github is owned by Microsoft, better yet, some voiced shareholders of the corporation. Explained: any line of code, any snip or byte or bit that can be useful, either for mining, statistical data analysis, whatever derivative action, is out of your bounds. Microsoft is a one-way venue, if this is unimportant to you, github has no further flaws of any significance. It will come to bite you in a collective, unnoticable way, nothing personal, as societal herding in which you are the subject, not the progenator. In extremely rare cases, and beyond your knowledge of what hit you, you can be weighted, held against, or even (your wet dream), you can be sollicitated whithout knowing what hit you.
