Ask HN: Covid Transmission in Restaurant Settings?
The indoor-ification of outdoor dining in NYC is happening and in some instances it leads me to believe that these structures, due to DOT space constraints, actually enable covid transmission. Where is the science to support that indoor dining at limited capacities is truly a major form of transmission? Governor Cuomo says that 1.5% of cases were traced back to restaurants. Why are they still closed indoors then?
