[–] atonse 5y ago ↗ How do people read medium stories these days? Private mode doesn’t work. The AppWall is annoying. [–] cormacrelf 5y ago ↗ https://makemediumreadable.com/. It helps, but there's nothing you can do about the free article limit. At least it won't nag you until then.Edit 2: I think this might be a paywall only story? Is that right? Is there a HN policy about paywalled stories? [–] CubsFan1060 5y ago ↗ archive.is helps: https://archive.is/JWdSM [–] shmde 5y ago ↗ Opening medium articles in incognito mode removes article limit. [–] [dead] SlipperySlope 5y ago ↗ As a full stack developer, I need to run the server side components on my development workstation. Not specifically interested in M1, but its obvious that ARM (Graviton2 and successors) is going to be cheaper for the AWS stack I run.So I am looking for an ARM workstation at 8 or 16 GB RAM minimum to learn more about Ubuntu on ARM.Sent my Red Hat son an M1 Air for Christmas as I believe what the author says about M1 performance and utility.
