Hopefully this won't be abused. The fines are pretty significative!

I feel this bill can easily be used in bad faith.

Will trolling be considered free speech?

Will bad faith be considered free speech?

What about off-topic comments?

If someone posts edgy comments in a forum that forbids edgy comments will that be protected?
