Ask HN: Which diet works from your own experience the best to stay healthy?
So simple as it is, which diet works for you the best from your own experience? Looking best at a timeframe of years of experience. So that you could say you could go with this diet until the end of your life.
I tried already different diets in combination with other routines like intermittent fasting and water fasting. In the end I stuck with ending up with a vegan diet in combination with intermittent fasting, but I also take supplements like Vitamin B12. I’m rethinking this right now.
Recently I started reading the book "Medical Medium Cleanse to Heal” and there for example you should avoid oil, fat and salt at all. So just a vegan diet without taking care about avoiding oil, fat and salt seems not to be healthy in the longterm. Got the recommendation from friends and also when you read book reviews it seems that it helped a lot of people to become healthy and stay healthy.
So to make my own opinion and experience about it I’m trying the basic 3-6-9 cleanse out by myself right now (on day 2). Also it seems that you can repeat this cleanse every time you finished the 9 days.
