Real estate investor talks up region in which they are heavily invested. And I'm missing any significant learnings here?
"A real estate agent from Miami talks about himself and his opulent success for several tweets"
Miami metro is already a bit of a tech hub. It's not as prominent as say, the valley, but it exists. Lots of startups, localized tech, more than a few big names have offices there. It's not heavily advertised as such, but if you spend time there or research it, you'll see it.

I say metro also including Ft Lauderdale and whatnot.

It doesn’t seem like it, all the pieces of the story I’m interested in are _yada yada_, basically the bits between immigrating in the 80s and being able to buy up various real estate, that seems to be a missing piece of this individual’s grind I want to know more about.
Before it gets flooded?
As a tech worker who lives in Miami and works remotely, Miami’s tech scene is a joke. I live right near Mana and the other posters are right to say he’s just patting himself on the back here
No to put too fine a point on it, but why is it that you're in Miami yourself?
Because I needed to relocate near family and I can work remotely anyway

With COVID it ended up that I got stuck here

Techies generally like kush, not powders...swing again.
