While glancing over the content, found this wrong piece of info - "The React JavaScript framework is supported by Google, while Angular is supported by Facebook."
The bit where they say not to make choices on your own likes and dislikes or previous solutions. It just nonsense. If you have previous solutions for Machine Learning in Go and you found it complete nonsense to do, then that is a valid learning experience. If you hate a programming language, choosing it to work in for a prolonged period of time is completely bonkers.
I am tempted to invest some time in .Net ecosystem. I always liked C# as a language. It is cross platform and generic enough. Gains in last few years seems to be impressive.
Also, I now see some benefits of having a central authority like MS. Things may not be perfect/fastest, but you get a comprehensive and well integrated solution.

a big company-wide project? then static-checking with types is a must.
Guido beginning to work on types for python shows how types are necessary for big projects
though the current trend for languages seems to be converging, or everyone copying everyone else's?
pattern-matching? null-safety? exhaustive-enums/classes? lambdas?
if you squint a bit... the language-features are becoming more and more similar...
