To do what?
Data collection. unfortunately its not avilable online
As in collecting data locally? I'd just stick some listings up on Facebook and jobs boards
If the data can't be validated on your end easily.

I'd suggest paying 3x people to do the same job and see if you can get the same output at least twice. Don't trust, verify.

Given that:

+ You're not from the US

+ the work is off-line

Yo:

+ Need to find a local; and

+ Pay them prevailing rate for this type of work

Honestly, find local freelancer groups on Facebook like someone else here said, and write posts. Then hire one of the qualified people that offer the lowest legal rate.

Do you mean that you will pay someone in the US to collect data in their area?

The cost would be affected by the type of data collection. Do you need to have only one single person? Having a person commit up to 200hrs to something for minimum wage ($7.25) is much harder than having 50 people commit 4 hours (job fliers and postings can do wonders).

I would be happy to find one for min wage. My plan is to collect enough data to validate an idea that i have without burning a lot of cash.

I was looking for one person actually.

If i were in USA, i would be doing it myself. its a very very simple task.

Thanks for the advice. i posted an ad on freelancer. hope i will find one there.
