[–] 1cvmask 5y ago ↗ IBM could have easily acquired Salesforce over a decade ago with the cash it had on hand. Instead it preferred to do stock buybacks and issue dividends. It still has lucrative cash cows and legacy business. Someone can still turn it around again.
