PicoLisp on PicoLisp on LLVM-IR (github.com)

I cannot find any information on what the title promises at that linked Github repo. Am I missing something?

I have always gone back to play with PicoLisp, and I like it very much, but it requires a POSIX system and unfortunately I am on Windows. I can run it in WSL2 but switching systems breaks my workflow. I am guessing this is PicoLisp written to run LLVM-IR, but the page only has the default PicoLips intro. text.
