Ask HN: Smoker Blanket Replacement

This is a smart group of people. I'm working on ordering the official winter insulation for my smoker, but it won't arrive until Mid-January at the earliest. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can insulate it so it stays nice and warm inside, and I'm not wasting as much fuel.
