It depends on what you mean by influencer. Are you measuring influence by number of followers? I'd say think again. Way too many people on Twitter and Medium writing about things they clearly have no experience in.
Speaking of which, I was contacted by a collaborator of someone I respect very much inviting me to be a guest a few hours ago and I was embarrassed that they even thought of me in the first place because I'm not legitimate. I felt horrible, as if I had mislead them into thinking I had anything interesting to say. I apologized for that.
