Ask HN: Is there a paper trading simulator that has access to emerging markets?

I want to paper trade some securities (mostly equities and bonds) but I cannot find a simulator that works well for my needs. I need access to worldwide markets (not just US) as I'm primarily interested in emerging markets. I don't care about timing as I want to buy and hold. Ideally free cause I'm cheap. And not US based cause I'm not.
