Show HN: Email Zone Parsing

I found surprisingly few tutorials / solutions to breaking up emails into zones online. (e.g. salutation ("Hi Dave,"), body ("I'm writing to you because...", Signature ("Cheers, Rob"), and Reply Text ("Original Message: Hi Rob, ...").
