Ask HN: Who would like to see an on-premise issue tracker?

Now that JIRA server is EOL and the only option seems to be Data Centre if you want on-premise whilst other solution seem to be cloud first, how many of you would like to see a modern on-premise issue tracker?

We’ll need to migrate to something new over the next couple years. We need on-prem due to the military nature of our business. What we’re really going to miss are the workflows that we just finished implanting a huge amount of engineering process in. Honestly the EOL was personally devastating (at least work-wise).
