It might be worth considering that if you start too much, you might finish nothing. If the payoffs only come after finishing something, that would be a lot of effort for not achieving much.
It might be better to put the same (total) effort into fewer things. If those things get finished, leading to payoff, there might be more payoff in total for the same total effort invested.
I mean, I floss at least twice or more a day. Like I don't understand how someone could be more than a day without flossing and not feel something is not right in their mouth.
The design looks good but what a strange way to see you life !
If you need to write down 'Do 10 minute Meditation for 200 times' maybe you don't like meditating that much and should stop doing it instead of forcing yourself to do it.
