Classic weather balloon, dont worry about it. ;)
The crazy thing is...I've seen a high altitude weather balloon above my house. Very easy to identify. Now, the other thing I saw above my house at a different time...that is the thing I cannot explain. The little puffy clouds were moving with the wind against a deep blue sky, the single perfectly round silver sphere above them was not. I watched it as it was motionless as the clouds passed for several minutes. Then after one larger cloud...it was gone.
We really need telephoto zoom on phones if we're going to be able to get clear evidence of UFOs (I mean the aliens from outer space kind).
Why in 2020 can't people record with more than 240p? And the very least you should be able to hold the camera still.
It's natural selection [1]. Videos with >240p and stable camera don't look like unidentified objects. Those who are in shitty quality make to breaking news because they look like UFOs.

[1] EDIT or survivor bias, or sampling bias, whatever you wanna call it.

I assumed the person just zoomed in a lot, which would explain both the low resolution and the increased shakiness.
Since the 1970's UFO sightings have always been shaky, blurry, distant and indistinct. No matter how much video and camera technology has improved, UFOs have avoided clear, sharp, stable close up imaging. I suppose it's because any clear, stable, close up image is by definition not a UFO any more.
It's the effect of their long-range cloaking device - it scrambles the photons bouncing off the craft so it always creates an indistinct image.
That's due to the fact that UFO's utilize a Someone Else's Problem cloaking device.
It's a blue smear.

Come on, people, if posting UFO footage is going to be a thing here we should at least have some standards. This wouldn't even fly on Reddit.

> It's a blue smear.

Flying object successfully identified, case closed :)

With the low cost of hobby/DIY drones and other aircraft I expect the number of "UFO" sightings to skyrocket.
Either SpaceX is working with the government on a secret space craft or the government stole SpaceX's tech. Reason I say this is because you can see on the side of the air craft jets shooting out trying to self correct its landing. No one has that except SpaceX....or Amazon stole the tech and they're using it.
I have a feeling that many agencies will release a lot of information about unknown flying objects this year.
