Ask HN: Any machine learning tool/datasets to detect racism?

I'm interested in trying to detect racism in a multiplayer game (in the text chat).

I realize that people are creative in finding new ways to say racist things, and I'm expecting average results at best, but it would be used to flag messages and review them manually.

And maybe it could be better that just having a bad words list.

There was that time my son (white) was called a "Nigger" by a black student. We weren't sure if this was an insult, a complement, or neither.
